How long will we be without a kitchen?
It depends on the scope, so the scope says it: what happens in what order, and when the room is usable again. At the visit, ask Luiz how to keep the room usable for as long as possible.
How much does a kitchen or bathroom remodel cost?
It depends on the layout, what moves and what you choose for cabinets, counters and tile. That’s why we see the room first and give you a written scope, item by item, before any work starts.
Can you move plumbing or open a wall?
Often, yes. What’s inside the wall decides how, so we look before we promise. If it changes the scope, you see it in writing first.
Do you do small updates, like a new faucet or vanity?
We take on complete kitchen and bathroom remodels. Small swaps aren’t something we take on.
Who handles permits?
Permits are approved by the town. The scope says who files what, so there are no surprises later.
